设计理念
总体布局根据现状树木和路网，合理布置各个功能分区，各功能分区各成一区，但又不能孤立的存在。形成了一个完美的统一体。在整个功能分区中，我们将园区划分为“动”区，次“动”区，“静”区三个部分。我们通过路网和大面积的中心绿地使各功能分区既联系又相互不受影响。正所谓各个功能分区各成一区又不独立存在。
在园区规划中，为打造原生原创的生态体系，我们保留了大量原有树木，建筑掩映在绿茵丛中。
Design Concept
Based on the present allocation of trees and road network, the entire layout partitioned different zones by functions, but not isolate from the whole area, to form a unity. In the function area, we categorize the estate into 3 parts: “Dong”, sub-”Dong” and “Jing”. We utilize road network and the center green space to connect different function zones, and also avoid them from affect each other.
In the park planning, to create the original ecological system, we kept a lot of existing trees to set off buildings into greens.
