设计理念：

 

本项目设计理念是新老结合，增减有序，新旧和谐。旧厂房所具有的历史厚重感及回忆将成为本项目在未来的核心吸引力之一。

 

从这个核心出发，我们设计本项目地块西侧的新建筑的原则是安静。在外形上，抛弃高低错落的建筑布局，选择均一的高度；在色彩上，抛弃浓墨重彩，选择朴实的颜色。建筑本身有朝气，有规模，同时又很安静，不会喧宾夺主，能够很好地融入现有建筑的风格，衬托出旧厂房的历史感，强调新旧之间的对比。

 

 

Design Concept:

 

The design concept of this project combined the old and new, orderly increasing and decreasing the elements and reach the united of the old and new. The history and the memory that possessed by the old plant will be the core of the attraction of this project in its future development.

 

From this perspective, our principle of the new building is QUIET. We put away the exterior that is strewn at random, choose a even level of height for the architectural composition; in the choice of color, we choose colors that are more rusty than thick and heavy. The building itself is vibrant but also quiet at the same time, and greatly blend in the existed architectural style to set off the historical sense of the old factory, highlighted the contrast between the old and new.
