本项目位于751艺术区火车头广场北侧。751园区中多为集中、独立建筑，规模大，类型单一。为了提高该地块区域价值，我们接受正东电子动力集团委托，对火车头广场北侧煤池地块进行景观改造规划。Do机构设计师就原有煤池地块环境，以及798艺术区，751艺术区进行对比分析研究，提出改造方案。

设计概念：
利用被弃用的工业遗迹--751煤池营造独一无二的公共空间，做一条开放的流线，人们可以在其中娱乐、休闲和体验，在工业遗迹中创造出经营空间、可让人自由聚集的空间和举办活动的空间。
大工厂时代历史感、独特空间结构、串联全部功能的路径、功能丰富多变的开放公共空间将为751及其周边创造更大的艺术魅力和商业价值。
Design Concept：
751 coal pool as an industrial remains will be utilized to create a unique public space to form an open stream. People can entertain, relax and experience the utilization and create business space, or a space that is free to gather people together to enjoy the atmosphere and hosting events.
The historical sense of Large factory period, the unique space structure, the path that join all functions and the richly functional open public space will create a increasing characteristic and business value for 751 and its surroundings.
