设计理念

 

本建筑位于小黑河城市公园之中,是公园一系列配套服务设施中的一部分。定位为一个会所式接待休闲中心,功能有各种特色餐厅、咖啡、健身、ktv、小型会议等。

 

本设计从内蒙古独特的地域自然风貌中,提取场景元素,提出本案的设计创意为:草坡,一片树,几个房子。因为遵循共同的设计思路,通过这种方式,本建筑与公园的其它配套建筑产生语义逻辑上的联系。草坡下空间是大堂、ktv、健身房、会议室,并挖出若干院子,被公共空间环绕。草坡上布置几个相互分离的房子,每一个房子都是功能完备的特色餐厅。草坡上的几个房子,掩映于大树之中。做几个小房子而不是一个大房子,弱化了建筑体量,使建筑完全融于景观之中。

 

本项目意图为客人在最大程度上提供安静专属的餐饮休闲体验,避免不同的使用人群相遇。因此设计了两个主入口、地上地下几个各自独立的停车场库,餐厅作为本建筑的主要使用功能被布置在各自独立的房子中。通过以上各种手段提供若干互不干扰的使用流线,从而最大程度的保证顾客的隐私。

 

Design Concept

 

This building is located in the city park of XiaoHei River, as part of the supporting service facilities. It was positioned as a Club-type Recreation Center, posses function facilities such as cafe, fine dining, gym, karaoke house and conference rooms etc.

 

The design is based on the regional nature of inner Mongolia. The design idea of this project is: grass slopes,woods and houses. Because we are following the same thinking path of the design, therefore there are semantic logical relation between this building and other matching buildings within this park. Houses that are full-functional restaurants are located on the grass slope and were covered by shadow of trees. The idea of building several small houses instead of one huge building is aim to weaken building volume and infuse buildings into landscapes.

 

This project is aim to provide consumers a peaceful and exclusive dining experience in a maximum scale, to avoid conflict between different group of costumers. Therefore, two main entrances and number of ground and underground parking space was designed in this project, and restaurants was allocated into independent houses. A mutual non-interfere streamline was provided to protect costumer’s privacy throughout this project.
