设计概念:
798艺术区C南区位于798艺术区东端,被751物业产权隔绝于798艺术区主体地块。由于地理位置欠佳,C南区的发展相对于798主体地块滞后。现存建筑多为二层砖房,部分建筑已无人使用。
本次计划改造用地为C南区南部地块,总面积约2237平方米。考虑到C南区游客数量较少,环境相对安静,不宜复制798的小店铺模式,更适合规划为艺术家工作室。
Design Concept:
C - South area is located in the East end of 798 art district, isolated from the main land of 798 by the 751 Property right. Because of its location, the development of C-south is delayed compared with 798 mainland.
Existing buildings are mainly 2 leveled brick house, part of the houses are not in use.
The transformation land of this project is the south block of C - South, with 2237 square meters. Considered that there are less visitors in the C - South area, which created a comparatively quiet environment, the business pattern of the block is more suitable for artist studios, rather than small shops.
